*Fill this dish ¾ full with your favourite fruit, partially stewed and top with the nutty crumble below
Nutty Crumble Topping
5ozs plain or SR flour / white or wholemeal
1 oz. ground or chopped nuts
3ozs. butter
3ozs demerara sugar
Whizz butter and sugar together in processor. Add rest of ingredients.
Pile topping over fruit and dot edge of dish with butter.
Bake at 190’c for 45 mins
