Delivery: Plaques
Please allow us 30-40 days to make, and send your plaque to you: we start with the raw materials, a ball of clay!
Please note that your House Name, Number or Commemorative plate may well arrive much, much sooner. We endeavour to supply you as soon as possible once we receive the order, but we like to allow time to re-make it should 'quality control' dictate.

UK Delivery Rates
Plaques: Postage and packing is included in the price.
Pottery: Postage and packing is calculated by weight; there is a maximum charge of £15.00 per order.
Overseas Delivery Rates
Single Plaque or Plate or up to 5 pieces of tableware: We can send you your plaque/plate/pots wherever you live in the world. We operate a flat rate of £16.00. This 'Best way' delivery will come up automatically when you place your order. Check it to select.
Returns and Replacements
Replacements: Items damaged in shipment will be replaced/re-made F.O.C. We ask you to keep the item(s) and the packaging for 60 days.
Returns : If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you want to return it, you can contact us, by phone, within 7 working days after you receive the item(s) to arrange to return them and receive a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. You will have to pay for the return delivery, as we will only refund the purchase price on receipt of the item(s )in good condition.
Please remember, that every item from 'Lucienne de Mauny Ceramics is made by hand, using traditional techniques, to the highest quality standards. Incidental, irregular and uneven marks under the glaze, are not considered faults, and are intrinsic characteristics of the hand processes involved. The bases of the pots are partially glazed unless otherwise stated.
